F.A.Q.


You can log in the EasyChair conference submission system to upload your paper;
Also you can send your paper directly to secretary@icicm.org 
1. Contacting the conference secretary at secretary@icicm.org and requesting a listener registration form
2. Filling the registration form and finish the payment (The payment methods is in the registration form)
3. Sending back the registration form to secretary@icicm.org 
4. Receiving the confirmation of payment receipt.
Once you have submitted a paper, the secretary will inform you the paper ID and give some formatting feedbacks within 3 work days.
The papers will be assigned to the reviewers within 3 work days and we will try our best to send you the notification before the informed notification date.(Normally it takes 15-25 days).
Invitation letter will be sent upon the request when your registration is confirmed.

The invitation letter from ICICM cannot guarantee you a visa to UK, and if your visa application is rejected, the registration fee will not be refunded.

No, the organizer will not proide accommodation. 
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer; For bank transfer, 30 USD more needed as the service charge. The detailed information can be found in the registration form.
